At Dentelle Bridal, we specialize in bespoke wedding gowns and custom wedding dresses thoughtfully tailored to each bride’s style and vision. Below are some commonly asked questions about our bridal consultation process, fittings, timelines, and online custom orders.

1. Do you provide rental services?

• No, we specialize in custom-made wedding gowns and evening dresses tailored to each bride individually.

2. Are appointments required?

• Yes, our Kuala Lumpur bridal studio operates strictly by appointment to ensure a comfortable and personalized bespoke bridal experience. Please drop us an email at contact@dentellebridal.com to check on availability.

3. When are you open for appointments?

• We are open every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday from 11am–5pm, excluding public holidays. Appointments are needed. Do inquire within.

4. Where are you located?

• Our studio is located at Jalan Radin Tengah, Bandar Baru Seri Petaling. Exact location will be provided once your appointment is confirmed with us.

5. How long does a custom wedding gown take to complete?

• Our custom gowns typically take about 4.5 months to complete, depending on design complexity. For a smooth experience with fittings and final adjustments, we recommend a total timeline of around 6 months. 6. Do I need to make full payment for the gown?

• Full payment is required upon commencement of your gown. 
• Flexible payment options are also available, including up to 12-month instalment plans through selected banks such as Affin, Alliance, AmBank, BSN, HSBC, OCBC, RHB, Standard Chartered, UOB, and AEON.

7. I do not know what cut / design is suitable for myself.

• Our bridal consultants will guide you through silhouettes, fabrics, and design details to help you find a wedding gown that complements your style, body shape, and wedding vision.

8. What is the price range for a custom made gown from Dentelle?

• The price of each gown depends on the design details, materials, and overall complexity. Please feel free to email us at contact@dentellebridal.com your desired design to get an indicative quotation. 

9. Do you create custom wedding dresses and bespoke bridal gowns?

• This is what we specialized in! We specialize in custom wedding dresses tailored to each bride’s vision, including designs outside of our existing collection. 10. Do you sell jackets, veils, belts and accessories?

• Yes, you can purchase them separately from our studio. An appointment is required for viewing.

11. Who should I bring with me? How many people can I bring?

• We recommend bringing along people whose opinions you value most. We do not encourage large groups as it may affect the discussion overall.

12. What should I bring to my fitting appointment?

• Some items include bringing your own nude or white undergarments, such as a strapless stick-on bra, underwear, and/or shapewear. Shoes at your desired height, and a hair tie are all also highly recommended. You’re also welcome to bring along a trusted second opinion, like a friend or family member!

13. Do you create custom wedding dresses for plus size brides?

• Yes, we create custom wedding dresses for brides of all sizes, including plus size and petite brides. Every gown is thoughtfully tailored to ensure a flattering and comfortable fit.

14. Do you accept online custom wedding dress orders?

• We welcome online custom wedding dress orders for both local and overseas brides. Our team will guide you through the consultation, measurements, design discussions, fittings, and delivery process remotely. 15. Do you create bespoke bridal gowns for hijab or Muslim brides?

• Yes, we specialize in bespoke bridal gowns thoughtfully designed for hijab and Muslim brides, including Nikah gowns, long sleeve designs, modest silhouettes, and personalized styling tailored to your preferences.
