How It Works

Initial Consultation

Begin your journey with a simple online consultation. Share your gown ideas, inspiration photos, and preferred style.
We’ll review your vision and provide an indicative quotation, giving you a clear starting point before you decide to proceed.

Detailed Discussion

Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll dive deeper into your materials, silhouette, finishing touches, and even your wedding location to refine the design.

Custom Sketch & Quotation

Our team will then create a custom sketch of your gown, capturing all the finalised details from our discussion.
Along with the sketch, you’ll receive a detailed quotation outlining materials, workmanship, and timeline.
Once confirmed, we’ll proceed to sourcing and production preparation.

Lace Selection & Measurements

We’ll curate a selection of lace options based on your chosen design and share them for your approval.
For measurements, you’ll receive a measurement template and a comprehensive video guide to help you take accurate measurements at home.
Prefer professional help? You may also have a local tailor assist you using our guide.

Fitting & Delivery

Your custom gown will be completed in approximately 4.5 months, depending on design complexity. Once ready, you can choose:

  • Schedule a fitting at our studio in Malaysia, or
  • Arrange for worldwide shipping, fully tracked and insured.

Your gown will be beautifully packed, ready to make its debut on your special day.

Production Time & Process

From consultation to completion, the full process typically takes 6 months for a smooth and comfortable experience. This timeline includes design refinement, lace sourcing, production, any embroidery or beadwork, quality checks, time for fittings or minor adjustments, and final handover.

For brides with closer wedding dates, we do accept urgent orders based on production capacity. A small rush fee applies.

We’ll send you a measurement template along with a step-by-step video guide so you can measure at home with confidence.

What if I need alterations after receiving my gown?

Minor alterations are usually manageable locally. We can also assist by reviewing photos and guiding you or your tailor on adjustments.

How are gowns shipped?

All gowns are carefully packed and shipped via insured express courier. We’ll provide tracking details once your gown leaves our studio.

Can I request rush orders?

Yes — we accept a limited number of urgent orders each season with a small surcharge. Contact us early to confirm availability.

Do you design evening or bridesmaid dresses too?

Yes, we do. Our design process for evening and bridesmaid gowns is similar — entirely customizable and available online.
